: EAPS gives SEPA-compliant card schemes, acquirers and payment institutions throughout Europe the opportunity to increase profits through greater transaction flows, with minimal investment.

: Together, EAPS participants represent more than 222 million cards, 2.2 million POS terminals and almost 200,000 ATMS. In 2010, EAPS accounted for 2 million transactions.
